Construction Administration

01
Mickey's Toontown
The scope of interior design at Mickey's Toontown consisted of four existing locations that all had unique challenges. In-field conditions required the team to pivot and come up with creative solutions as a team on a regular basis, especially in Goofy's House, where a large number of props needed to be integrated into the building with selective demo requiring patching and matching the existing site.
02
EngineEar Souvenirs
Built at the same time as Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway, this merchandise location included a large amount of in- field coordination. The floor features an entirely custom resinous terrazzo design with custom shelving and propping throughout. The ceiling was especially challenging to integrate all the HVAC, fire protection, lighting, and a suspended model train.

03
Villas at the Disneyland Hotel
I joined this project team at the end of construction to support final completion during the punch walk phase. The focus was walking every hotel room to ensure no detail was overlooked and that it was ready for guests on opening day. Coordination was required between the contractor, specialty vendors, and the internal team on a minute by minute basis to complete this project.
